This up coming week

Hey everyone! Thank you for joining the group. Its great to see everyone in here! What we will do this upcoming week is we will use this discussion board to talk about healthy food choices in reguard to carbohydrates and beverages. This is a great reflection spot since we are not meeting this saturday. Remember your goals this week will be to:

1. Use myfitness pal at least 4 days this week ( half during the week and half on the weekend)
2. Work to maintain the correct amount of water in your diet ( calculations being; body weight/3=oz of water you need in a day. Remember every caffeinated drink you must repleace the ounces with the same amount of water as well as ever 30 minutes of intense exercise must add anoither cup 8 ounces of water)
3. Replace up healthy carbohydrates with healthy carbohydrates. Throughout the week i will post some suggestions, ideas and links to recipes and other resources to help you with this process.
