Oh my goodness... I did not realize (or maybe was in denial) about how many calories I have been consuming before starting this challenge!! Being a mom of 4 kids - I cook dinner pretty much every night from scratch. The little things such as a bite of this here and a bit of this there as I cook.... Or "oh, the kids didn't finish this and I can't let it go to waste". Becoming more conscious of what I am putting in my mouth!!!!

    Excellent!!! You are one step ahead of most! Remember . . . The quality of those calories is what counts. It sounds like you are a very healthy cook. Whole foods vs processed foods with saturated fat and high fructose corn syrup, etc, etc. Remember quality over quantity. Don't get hung up on the number.
  • it is amazing. I mainly use my phone for my fitness so I hardly ever see the group discussions. Hence why I am responding now.
