Great Low Calorie Taco Soup

Hi Ladies
if you are like me and my partner, we are brainstorming quick, healthy recipes to help keep us on track. Here is one of my favorites. I make it on Sunday and eat it all week. My family likes it too (with tortilla chips, and sour cream of course :) I also add black beans and kidney beans for added fiber and nutrients. ENJOY. GO TEAM... IN IT TO THIN IT!!!!

Taco Soup
Weight Watchers


lb ground turkey breast
1 large onion (chopped)
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package hidden valley ranch dressing mix
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
1 (15 ounce) can hot chili beans
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn
1 (15 ounce) can stewed tomatoes (Mexican flavor)
1 (15 ounce) can stewed tomatoes (any flavor)
Directions:

Brown the meat and onions and drain.

Mix ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning mix into the meat.

Without draining, add all other ingredients.

Simmer 1 hour.

    I have had this recipe for years and just wanted to say I absolutely love it!
    I Make it all the time, think its better than reg chili!! Good post
