Hi all.
I've been back on the fitness route for 2 weeks after being given the go-ahead from a physio. I've torn a ligament in one knee so my old gym wouldnt sort out an exercise program to let me exercise any part of my body. Since I had this injury I was amazed to find out that i only gained 2 lb (since June!) but I have sadly gained some of the inches I had lost.
My new gym has set me up with a program around strengthening the knee, but the trainer there wants me to explore for myself the other equipment such as the kettle balls and other floor exercises. Does anyone have any suggestions where to start with kettleballs, bosu, dumbells etc that is NOT going to bother my knee?
Many thanks
