Anybody else having the nightmare of cake sales etc at work tommorow? I am prepared to be over on cals for the day but determined to balance out over the week............So lots of exersice calories to be earned this week-end.

    We have a CIN event on Sunday with a Car Group we are in and I am taking some cakes :-), been good all week as I like cake :-)

    Me! I teach a nursery class and we always have a CIN party. It is going to be hard resisting the cakes.
