...ten, fifteen, times in the night and moan, gasp for air - a thoracic disc herniation feels the way drowning might if instead of your lungs filling with water you were breathing in a pure form of pain. Your diaphragm and heart both feel like some form of internal fight like Cain and Abel trapped in one body.

It's a curiosity of coping post...
After I took a few valium, a vicodin - I called in and called off work for the day; I got on the recumbent... Times like these I require low to no impact exercise lest I make everything un-live-ably worse.
Anyone else out there struggling with disc problems too?
