New - what kind of exercises are you doing?

Hi! I'm a stay at home mom with 2 kids. My son is 22 months old and my daughter is 2 months old. I tried to lose the weight after I had my son but noticed every time I did extreme workouts he would be really fussy so I ended up quitting. I weaned him at a year but found out I was pregnant again. My daughter is now 9 weeks old and I really want to lose the baby weight but I'm not sure how extreme I can exercise. I need to do something in home because it is too cold out for the baby. My first weight goal is 20 lbs. I need to lose 45-50 overall but 20 lbs to start is doable. Any suggestions as to what you do to workout would be great. I'm done having kids so I really want to get down to a healthy weight.
