Feeling down

I hate it when you are feeling down and the first thing you go for is the cake. i need to learn to go towards the fruit but lets face it, fruit doesnt tast as nice.

    What has you down? I completely understand what it is like to be an emotional eater. My problem is when I am down I don't want to eat - it is when I am happy that I eat stuff I shouldn't. The holiday season is going to be so hard for me because we have about 400 vendors where I work and from now until Christmas there will be a constant flow of candy, chocolate covered pretzels, flavored popcorn, donuts....etc etc etc flowing in here. I told my boss to do me a favor and take all the junk that comes in to the shop breakroom and let the guys have every bit of it!!!
