Second Week Weigh In!

I am sad to report that I am exactly where I was last weekend.
On the plus side I didnt do SO great this week (ate lots of carbs and had pizza last friday) so I am happy to say I also did not gain anything! This is good cause I am more motivated than ever for this weekend (didnt do so good today with lunch but i plan to work out and redeem myself at dinner) and hopefully be good all week. I do plan to take Thanksgiving off from calorie counting (i will try and eat healthy choices) only because I want to spend time with the family and not weighing food.

up 2 pounds, grr. So now it's lose 12 pounds by Christmas. Work travel is not my friend,especially with the disruption to my schedule. Hopefully this week even with Thanksgiving and a long weekend I can be more focused and disciplined.0

Apparantly, I posted my second week weigh in the wrong forum. I dropped a few. 4pounds I think.0
