Has anyone here ever done the insanity DVD's? We just got them from a friend and holy crap! They are not kidding when they say its insane.....

    We do insanity/P90X on the boat... it is wicked... just start doing it, and keep at it. If you can't do everything off the bat, don't let it discourage you.

    I've never tried Insanity... well we did a few exercises during my abs & glutes university course to change up the pace, but I never really understood the big deal or got interested enough to try it further heh :ohwell:
