Weekend Challenge

Hello!

I have set up a weekend Challenge for myself! Please join me! You have 2 options! From 9am (CST) Saturday, Nov. 17 until 9pm (CST) Sunday, Nov. 18 you either need to burn a total of 1500 calories OR you need to accomplish the following on this list...and that is the entire list!

Walk 10 miles, do 50 lunges, do 50 squats, do 50 push-ups and take part in an activity that is not part of your normal routine like hiking, badmnton, etc. The activity should be for at least 30 minutes!

My challenge to myself is to do ALL of what I just posted! I believe accomplishing the list will meet my calorie goal! :) I hope you all take part and kick *kitten*! Good Luck!

    Well...I have done the following to complete my weekend challenge! 80 push-ups, 70 squats, and 60 lunges!

    Just played 100 minutes of badminton! Need about 300 hundred more burned calories to meet that goal and still need to walk 10 miles! Not going to get that long of a walk in...not now....but I will get one in before 9pm.
