Hey! ;)

While working with candles and spells, does anyone else find they are very drained afterwords? A nice, sleepy feeling - but still, it prevents me from doing spell-work often. I'd like to have energy to work out! ;)

    omfg -- yes!!! I did some working last week and felt like sleeping for 2 days. A full moon will drain me too.

    I often feel energized, but I think out of sheer paranoia I almost spend as much time draining the energy from the circle before I open it than I did w/ the ritual or meditation itself, lol.

    And I always fix a snack afterwards. :)
