Have you done any of the new formats, yet?
I'm going to put together a Cardio Kickbox set next week and am excited about it!
Just curious if anyone out there has done a Cardio Core class? SO MANY OF OUR ROUTINES incorporate the core already that I feel most of the time I teach, I'm already doing Cardio Core

I've had 2 cardio kickboxing classes. Wednesday we're doing cardio core, and Friday morning we're doing circuit cardio kickboxing with the ball. She wants to kick our butts after Thanksgiving!0
