Problems with quitting

I am the one who started this group. I am the one who wants to quit and want others to follow me in my path for a healthy lifestyle. I am doing the patch. I am having one of the side effects with muscle and joint pain. This pain has become unbearable. I am going to try a lower dose hopefully Monday when I get paid. Maybe that will help alot. If anyone out there has quit before, I would love some advice. I refuse to give up and I will give this my all.
