Turkey is soooo good for you! When in doubt, have another slice. Focus on extra servings of protein over carbs & sugar this holiday season. You'll feel satisfied longer and have many fewer regrets.

Unless there is a medical reason against it, most of us can be eating .6-1g of protein per pound of lean body mass. That usually means around 100g, more or less, a day!

So don't skimp on the protein!
