Restarting Insanity !!

Hi, I started Insanity a few weeks ago and by day 4 I could barely walk or sit from the soreness. I took a few days off to try and recover but that few days turned into a few weeks!!
I'm restarting the program tomorrow (monday) and want to do better this time. What do you guys do to help with the soreness?! I usually love being sore but this is a whole new level of sore for me...especially my calves..they hurt so bad I couldn't do any of the jumps ( and my calves are already bulky). And advice or tips??

    The best thing to do when you are sore is to exercise, not as hard as you may normally but it's better then sitting down the whole day.
    I take some BCAA's post workout and if I wake up sore and tight I pop some Ibuprofen about an hour before I workout. I haven't started Insanity yet but when I do this with Turbo Fire I find that I'm feeling looser by the time I'm done with the warm up.
  • I would say... drink a ton of water. Minimum of 8 glasses per day. I usually end up with 11 glasses consumed while I am on Insanity. Love it! I am going on my third time, starting Tuesday. :)
