So, who's already planning your HC, LC or Funday meals for Thanksgiving on Thursday??
I've got mine down... most of the way. We are still trying to nail down the food items, but my plan has the right types of foods that I'll be eating at least. ;-) http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/diary/babeinthemoon?date=2012-11-22
For those of you that are new to CTL, I'm eating more calories on a daily basis than Chris recommends in his book. Check out my blog, or send me a message if you want to know more.
For my Thursday plan, it is my HC day. My normal calorie goal is 1800, and my normal workout for a thursday would be walking for 40 minutes. Without the Cheesecake I have planed I'm sitting at a little over 1500 calories... which would be a normal HC day for me last month. Adding in the Cheesecake I'll be sitting around 2100 calories for the day, or 300 more than my normal goal.
So, the plan for Thursday is wake up early to start the turkey. Go to Jazzercise at 9:15, and burn ~300 calories. Come home by 10:30 and check on the turkey. Go for a quick walk (40 min), and the take a shower before taking out the turkey. If I don't have time to take the walk then, I'll convince my SIL to go for one with me at my MIL's house later in the afternoon.
With the extra exercise I'll be able to eat the Cheesecake with no guilt, even though it is technically a no no on a HC day.
So, what's your plan?
