I need help to battle the binge.

HI, I'm new on the group, but still on an ED group, here on MFP.
I've never been diagnosed, but I believe I have some kind of EDNOS.
I restrict and binge.
I got sick of that cycle and I'm scared the disorder will ruin my life. So I decided I would increase my calories intake and eat healthy filling meals. I thought that if I stopped restricting to 500 calories/day, my binges would almost stop because my body would not need that much of a quick fix with carbs, fat and sugar.
I fixed my goal of increasing my calories and go without a week binging. 3 days in that new meal plan and I binged for 2 days in a row.
I normally would not log my binges because it would make my life a living hell, but I did for today and I just saw that I chugged 1000 calories in one sitting. The fact is, I'm vegan so I still eat quite healthy food and no McDonald's or other fast foods like that), so my calories really comes from a astonishing amount of food swallowed in a short amount of time. It's mostly carbs, sugar and some fatty foods.
I don't understand why I did that even if I ate good meals for the past days.
Binging like that puts my life on hold, I'm not able to exercise or even do my basics chores such as homework and house work.
Right now it's 3 in the morning and I have homework to do for tomorrow and I can't even do it. I don'twant to sleep nedither because I feel like the most disgusting human on Earth.
Please, someone if you have advice on how to battle the binge, I'm on my way to recovery and those food frenzies just puts my disorder trough the roof because I'll start restricting again for a long time to try to "erase" all those calories. (I went over 2000 calories for a complete day, 2 days in a row, which means for sure I will put on weight).

Thanks a lot.

    Hi Madame,

The best advise I have to give, if you are trying not to binge out... is... you have to allow yourself enough to eat and digest each day. I can see why you would have that tendancy to binge in you are only allowing yourself around 500 calories per day...

Can you alow yourself at least 1300 ish per day? Spread out those calories throughout the day... Don't get that fast food for a least one week. Make everything that you eat. Make sure you have the basic food group items each day. Some fruit, veggies (cooked and raw) carbs, protien, and allow yourself some good fats.. Some nuts or peanut butter.. Keep that down in you, and I guarantee the urge to binge will lessen and lessen... And you could kick that habit fairly easily if you really want. Just try it... Stick with the basics at first. but importantly, just allow yourself more daily calories... Thats the key... Say its okay to eat just a little more each day.
