Hi!

I've just joined MFP this week on my journey to get my pre pregnancy body back, or at least as close as I can. I just had my 3rd daughter on August 27th and have 10-15 pounds still to lose. I am breastfeeding her so I need to be careful that I'm keeping healthy and eating enough to keep a great milk supply but I'm sooooo ready to shed this fat!! Oh and I turn the big Four Oh in Feb.

    Hi!

    I'm Deb, living in BC, Canada. My 2 beautiful baby girls are 20 and 17.

    I turned 40 last December and kick myself for waiting for so long to get healthy. I love to do challenges and have found a great one in here; burn 3500+ calories this week. I also jog 5x week and have recently added strength training 3x week. My overall goal weight is 165lbs; 97lbs from where I started and 51 lbs from where I am now.
