I can't seem to get my head back in the game :frown:
really ought to get back to logging religiously but so much happening I find it really hard. Been away for 2 days, which isn't helping either, but now I've a sick, vomiting, feverish 2 year old on my hands, my 8 year old was sick last night. Just hoping the 1 and 4 year olds won't catch it.
After my Friday (up with the 2 year old at 4am!! Locked myself out of the house...) I promptly managed to miss my exit on way up to in-laws on Saturday, took different exit but wrong turn at roundabout and got myself royally lost. :blushing: Anyway, a 3rd birthday party on Saturday and a 5th birthday party on Sunday later, I'm not so sure it was a good idea to snack at either of them. Though I did refuse birthday cake at the latter...
Really need to find the will to get back to better eating. Find it hard to motivate myself though.

WOW....you have had a tough few days!! But, they are in the past. Be proud of the successes you did have.... avoiding cake, coming here for support, etc. Today is a fresh day, and you can start again. Take it meal by meal and make the best choices you can given whatever situation you are facing at the time. You can do this!!!0

I am sorry to hear of your busy weekend I know how crazy things can get becuase I have 4 kids running around all over the place. My weekend was kind of like yours with the birthday parties except last night I was in the ER with my 4 month old. She has Pneumonia and this Saturday is her Baptizm so I am really hoping she is 100% by Saturday. Like you I have days when I just want to eat, eat, eat but even though we give in we must always get ourselves back up and keep on moving towards our goals. We will always have bad, crazy days like you had this weekend but don't let that get in your way. Today is a new day. Lets make today better than yesterday. If you are stressed out then that should be more of a reason to work out even if you ate some bad food. Working out will help you relieve stress.0
