November 19th - Thanksgiving week!

This week's challenge is important, not just to you mentally but your waistline too!

Thanksgiving is creeping around the corner and it is going to be tough but this is the challenge...

This weeks challenge is to burn as many calories as you possibly can! I want you guys to post how many calories you burned each day. You need to do some form of physical activity every day, even if it is a 20 min walk. Lastly DO NOT go for a second serving on Thanksgiving! This will be tough for so many of you but I bet you can do it!!! I know I am going to try!!!!!!!

You know the little "Angel" :flowerforyou: that sits on your shoulder telling you what you should be doing, even though you have the evil twin :devil: on the other side? Well that little Angel is going to be G.I. ANGEL!!!

  • Ok, ok. I can commit to this. I won't do seconds :( I actually rarely do seconds these days anyway. I'll definitely do the exercising, too. Happy Thanking gobble gobble!

    664 calories burnt so far this week... 400+ calories burnt yesturday alone. I feel so much better after running again! Besides yesturday, my workouts only consisted of walking my dog in the morning.

    2014 calories burnt this week total.... after black Friday shopping, walking Leon, and cross training after work. Plus, didn't go up for Thanksgiving seconds! Mission completed.

    I burned 3,030 calories this week and lost .02. I will take the measly 2 ounces and be happy with it!!!
