I'm not really logging and such, I really need to start doing that. I also stopped exercising since I hurt my shin, never got back into the swing of things...so really I'm start at not really doing anything. This week is Thanksgiving, but I don't really eat more than I would on any other day. I'm going to start logging daily again and exercise when I can!0 -

I am starting from scratch. I was down to around 190 in our last challenge and I just stopped and I've gained....badly. Ugh. My goal is to lose around 15lbs, hopefully more, but I'm giving myself a small goal. I'm starting 30 Day Shred again since that was the first workout I stuck with last year. I'm hoping it will kick start my motivation again. I will also be walking and doing Zumba 2 on the Wii. Maybe throw in a different Jillian Michaels video if I feel like it.
So far this week I've had difficulty with everything. My Grandma passed away on Sunday and it was a rough couple days leading up to that, and now the realizing she is gone is sinking in. Everything reminds me of her. Her funeral is Monday, so that will be an incredibly emotional day. She had 12 kids (my Dad is the 10th) so there will be a LOT of family in town.0 -
Well, I weighed in on Monday at 149.3.... prob will be chasing that one all week-I eat Turkey dinner twice tomorrow! While I will run before I eat anything.... the most I can strive for is portion control so that I don't go overboard and blow my progress. I finally got enough school projects done to get back to running this week, so I'm super excited about that! I hope to keep it up... maybe add a p90x video or something, seeing as it's getting cooler... Cheers to everyone for a happy turkey day, and good luck logging/exercising! :drinker:

Jazz I am so so sorry for your loss... I was incredibly close to my grandfather when he passed and never allowed myself the time to grieve. Lean on friends and family0

So sorry for your loss, Jazz. My grandmother was the world to me, so I really feel for you.
I'm coming off of a rough week food wise. We went on a trip to celebrate out 11th anniversary. We ate out every meal for 4 days. Then we come home and it's time for the Thanksgiving feast. We went out for a fabulous Italian dinner Saturday for our actual anniversary. I'm scared to get on the scale this week. :ohwell:0 -

I just weighed in and was pleasantly surprised to be back at 137! :happy: I broke down and got on the scale Friday and was up to 140. Ugh! I know that was from Thanksgiving and some wine with the family and our anniversary trip. I started running again that day! lol! I have been running and doing 30 Day Shred Since Friday. So 3 solid days of working out has put me back where I started. Now, if I can just keep it up. My goal is 130 by Valentine's Day. I'll be happy to get to 135 which was my original goal weight before I plateaued and had surgery. Good luck everyone! :flowerforyou:0 -

I was doing really well this past week. Drinking water, killing Rushfit... then I hit a few emotional walls, tripped myself up and fell on my face this weekend. The worse part was seeing the 176.6 lbs on the scale after completeing two days of Rushfit. Seeing a gain when you are working so hard, even knowing it is "just water" was devastating. Life is exhausting and constantly draining without the hubby here as well. He is back in 2 weeks...0
