Okay, if you are making Thanksgiving dinner make at least one item that is 'healthy' and a great go to item to decrease anxiety about eating all the delicious morsels of decadence!
It can be anything....salad, some veggies w/o heavy creams or sauces, or a lean meat, whole grain bread, breakfast items that keep you powered through the day...you get the idea...
So if you are going to a dinner make a healthy dish to take with you. Or if not cooking plan now for a fun physical activity for all (who are willing) to do.
Challenge: make the plans now...not too late!
