Hey everyone, Just curious I had the mirena, and took out almost two years ago. I got pregnant in Feb of this year and miscarried in April. I'm wondering if anyone else had a sucessful pregnancy after a Mirena and Pcos. Im going to see my ObGyn next month but I just wondered.

I never had Mirena, but it is possible to have a healthy pregnancy with PCOS. Women with PCOS do have a higher risk of miscarriage due to low progesterone levels. Some women take progesterone while pregnant to help reduce this risk. I would recommend seeing a reproductive endocrinologist for help TTC instead of an OBGYN. The RE's are usually a lot more proactive and have a better understanding of PCOS.0
