A hump in the road...

I feel bad cause I didn't workout this morning. I hate working out in the evening cause it is always so busy. Last night went to bed late, 1a, and got up at 6:15a to workout and it wasn't in me. I didn't want to give a half butt workout. Am I bad for feeling this way. I don't want to lose my momentum. Does anyone else feel this way?

    I totally understand how you feel. This week I didn't work out the way I normally do. I did feel a certain kind of way but it's ok. Sometimes you need a break. I was thinking thangsgiving is coming & I need to really go in but hey. Start fresh. & don't beat yourself up
