Holiday weekend

Well, so far I've had two Thanksgiving events and have a third on Thursday. Talk about a challenge. Well I think we need another one to make it through this week. A lot can be undone in just a few days.

So let's keep up the logging every day. Another challenge of 6 hours of exercise this week. In addition let's add that we "stay under in calories" through next Monday. Now that means doing some shifting around. Maybe some partial portions, maybe a lighter breakfast, or just two bites of that pie instead of a whole piece. Big challenge here. Can you do it?
