I have lost down to 162 according to my last weigh-in. Today I am 2lbs up, but TMI TOM came for a visit, so I don't know -_- lol So anyone hit their goal for today/tomorrow? Mine was 3lbs and I lost 3.2 if I go by the 162 (which I am, to heck with this water Lol)

    I knew that I wouldn't make my ultimate goal but I'm happy with the two pounds I manged. I hope everyone else is happy with their numbers as well!! Verity: Great job meeting and surpassing your goal! TOM weight's don't count ;).
