Gather round, and I'll tell you a secret about Thanksgiving meals (and all special occasion dining).

It's okay to eat.

The more you stress out about sticking to your goals, the more likely it will be that you crash, burn, and eat everything on the table (much to your family's horror).

Plan to eat. Fill up on vegetables, drink plenty of water, and focus on great conversation with people you enjoy.

Most importantly, relax and have a good time.

    It's going to be awesome new home new state and just myself my husband and my little baby boy he's really my puppy dog .don't tell him his a dog life couldn't be better .ok theres some stress but that's normal.any how I'm going to eat my normal stuff stuffing .and sweet potatoes. Were having the who works but those are my favs..I plan on exerciseig and cooking and a lot of loungeing .

    I notice no one has written since T day…so its one bad day. Pick up blow it off and let's move on!!!

    My gym class had a great work out today and I ate a healthy breakfast, there….do over!
