Today marks two weeks to the DAY that we have been on our fitness challenge.

How do you feel?
Do you feel better on the days when you move for 30 minutes and drink enough water?
tip- Get your water bottle ready at night - put it where you CANNOT avoid it in the morning...put it IN YOUR WAY.

What will help you stay on track on the 'off days'?
-show your family your progress....show them the room around the waist band...show them the fitnesspal app!

*We have collectively consumed 6400+ oz of water AT LEAST
*We have spent 3000 minutes MOVING as a team
*Lots of you have reported that you are losing inches
*a few have been very modest at reporting that we lost pounds!

Remember to take at least one complete day off from working out...rest makes your muscles grow, it makes you STRONGER.

Have a great turkey dinner treat MEAL - one treat per week - one meal - then GET BACK ON TRACK!

I can't wait to see the progress when I return from vacation.
