I squatted my body weight!!!

FINALLY :D 130lbs 5x5 !!!! SO excited. It's been my goal since I first started heavy lifting with NROLFW in March (I started squatting 30lbs!!! hah) and now I finally hit my first goal!!!

Next goal is 135 lbs so I can put the two "big girl" plates onto the bar... 45+45+45!!!!! After that... idk, 200 lbs?

    The only thing I am not gonna be able to do at bodyweight seems to be the overhead press dagnabit!!! Everything else has been achieved (IRM bench was close to bodyweight) ARGH!

    im with nexangelus about the OHP. seems like i've been struggling between 62.5 and 70 since summer :cry:
