Hi all! I've had this app for a while and I need to get serious about using it. I started kickboxing again and did my fitness assessments and realized that I weigh 10lbs more than I thought I did (I weigh 145 - my highest ever) and my body fat percentage is 29.7%! My goal is to lose about 15-20lbs, but truly to drop my body fat percentage down about 3-4%. I really need to get serious about tracking my meals. I hope to stay accountable and to make some friends on here. Please feel free to add me - I'd really appreciate it! Thanks for any and all encouragement and support. Best of luck, ladies!
