Hi Ladies,
I am kind of scared of the main board as I am sure this has been covered, but hoping you guys will be nice and help a busy mama out. After maintaining a reasonable weight after the birth of my daughter, I have gained 5 lbs in 2 weeks since weaning her at 15mos. NOT a happy mama so it is time to get my act together.
I have Ripped in 30 and did it for the first time today. For those of you who have done it or Shred with success, can you let me know...
- how many times x week did you do it?
- when was best for you to find time/energy (esp. for working moms)
- what size weights do you recommend?
- how do you log it on MFP?
- did you also do other exercise on the same days you did JM?

Sorry, I just saw this - had a sick kiddo last week and it was crazy
I've done 30 day shred
- I did it 5-6 times a week
- I always do best early mornings before the kids are up (5am)
- I recommend 3-5 lb weights
- I logged it as "circuit training"
- sometimes I would hop on the elliptical or go for a walk afterward, just depended on how much time I had
