I've been struggling with my diet for weeks. And it shows, I've been losing and gaining the same 2-4 pounds for weeks.

Thanksgiving set me back, so I'm hitting the diet part hard! You're not alone0 -
Overall I have 6 pounds to go to reach my goal. I am not fully trusting my weigh in number this week as it was a high loss (seriously) so I am going to see what happens this week. I did have a total change with very little exercise this week and one person told me it may have been why I lost so much. I am back to the Y tonight.
