Hello Everyone,
I am just posting because I wanted to encourage everyone after the big holiday that is surrounded by food, mostly all about food. Well, I wanted to say don't get down about what you ate it is all about how you recover. Praying you all are doing well and just get back on track.

That it is good word, Julie. It is so easy to slip at a holiday!
A lot of our successes with holidays come from what we bring to the table with us... a plan to eat well and to enjoy the flavors and the gathering more than quantities. We can also decide that the dishes we bring will be healthy ones, maybe new recipes - with lots of fresh vegetables lightly prepared - for the holiday table. (Still need to work on desserts, though!)0
