Hello everybody,

My apologies for the lack of a challenge last week, and for the lateness of this one. Charlottina has not been well and as such had other priorities.

One the bright side, she has now lost 50 pounds, so well done to her.

This week's challenge is a 2-parter. I will update the spreadsheet at some point in the next few days.

1) Drink 8 glasses of water a day - despite the decreased risk of dehydration in winter, it is important to keep fluid intake high.
2) Burn 2000 calories this week - as it gets colder we all need to keep warm, and what better way than exercise?
