Hello Everyone,
I know November challenge is almost over but I'm going to start on Monday 26th. I bought the LS 5 mile fat burning walk a year or two ago and loved it. I think after doing the same video over and over I have to mute the volume, and put some music on. I didn't realize she had so many videos I will be looking to buy some more. I don't want to challenge myself to walk everyday because I would be setting myself up for failure. I'm going to start with a goal to walk 3-4 times a week starting with one mile, and working up to 5 miles. Talk to all soon. Any suggestions or ideas are welcomed. Thanks!

    The 5 mile fat burning DVD was the first one I bought too...although I have a few more now:blushing:
    It's great to burn lots of calories in 60 minutes.
    I do the monthly walking challenge too, November is the second month for me

    HI! Come join us this week for the rest of the November challenge - it is never too late to start!

    5M Fat burning is one of our favorites I have noticed. Another great one would be the Just Walk 5 Day Walk Plan, very versitale and has some great strength workouts at the end of each day.
