No Sugar for Week 3!

Options
Plain and simple. Log every day. At least 6 hours of exercise, drink @ least 80 oz of water a day and...no sugar this week!! Can you do it?

Last week was kind of tough getting everything in with the holidays, but no excuses this week!!! Let's Do It!

    I am so happy...actually lost 0.2 last week with Thanksgiving! Yay! Ate a lot and drank a lot (visiting family out of town). So happy I lost, though it be small, a loss :)

    I told you I would reduce my sugar and today I'm finishing with 3 g left! This is such a surprise bc normally that is the one I am always over on!
