Well, maybe not outside if it is 38 degress.....
Today's Challenges is to take any aspect of the videos provided and use for fitness! I love the medicine ball. you can use it to add resistence and balance to your routine! You can add it to your routine, do it as a short 15-20 min routine or make it longer and do 2-3 sets of it! Have fun...now who does not remember how a ball brought all kinds of fun when we went outside to play!
(Anyone as old as me and remember how they would have huge bins of balls and sold at the local grocery store?!? LOOOOL!)

I remember the bins, I can remember playing four square, and basket ball, and kick ball, and tether ball, and volley ball, and freeze tag, those were the days, sigh.... Don't have a medicine ball (according to super trainer, the ones at the gym are not heavy enough for me, so she has me use the kettle bells)0

Well, anyway I did it tonight and it must be different for my because my arms were a little shaky afterwards! I did two rounds!
First set 15 reps then second round 20 reps...Try it ya'll0
