Weakness: Thanksgiving set me back. I actually have lost since Friday, I had gone up 2lbs, and I lost one, but still not in the negative. Damn leftovers. I'm throwing everything away today, I was only going to allow myself to eat the leftovers until Sunday! So now its going in the trash!
Strengths: despite my gain, I am still slimming down. I have an NSV! My sister in law gave me a lot of clothes that are too big for her and just right for me! Pants are a size 13, shirts a size large...all beautiful (and expensive!) i tried them on and I LOOK thinner just because I'm not wearing baggy clothes! So now I get to get rid of my size 18 pants and my XL and 2XL shirts!!! eee!
Week Challenge/Promise: I'm starting Jillian's 30DS TODAY! I'm not drinking water like I should, especially since I'm nursing But I will aim to drink at least 4 tall glasses of water a day this week!0 -
Whoops, I completely forgot to weigh in this week. So much was going on with family and Grandma's funeral that time just slipped by me. I know I've either stayed the same or gained so I'm going to wait until this weekend to weigh in :ohwell:
I definitely don't drink enough water. Something I've been trying to work on!0 -
As for the challenge, I am good there. I drink between 80 and 100 oz. a day. I have a Brita Filter Water bottle that I always keep full. It holds 20 oz. And I usually drink 4-6 of them a day. More if I have an extreme workout. So, that's between 10 to 12 cups a day or more. I love water. The colder the better.0

I'm not so great about logging water, but I do much better than I ever have with drinking it. Robin, the Brita filter is a great idea--I really need to get one of those instead of buying water bottles all the time lol.
I plan on rocking this challenge again--this week has produced awesome results on the scale considering it's almost TOM and I ate pie and turkey like I had been starving for years lol. I am weighing in right now at 148.5.

Week Challenge/Promise: I actually did really good with the water thing last week! I'm going to try to keep it up! I'm actually trying to cut back on my caffeine intake...I haven't had much pop and I switched coffee to 1/2 caff. Not sure if I can go completely decaf though, two kids means i hardly get sleep!
I'm really excited with the loss. I WAS doing good with the activity i was doing, I could do more, but then my hubby sat on my ankle...The tendon is actually swollen! who knew someone so skinny could hurt!!! so i'm in a brace. BOO :sad:

I love food. I drink lots of water but I love food! Cutting back on my carbs is super hard for me but something I am working on because I am diabetic (diagnosed in April). I also just started high blood pressure and cholesterol meds. UGH!! I want to be healthy!!!!0
