hi guys! im 23yrs old. and i recently found myself on deadline to lose weight because im in a wedding. im only 5 foot so ive never been a very big person. but over the last two years i gradualy gained about 30 lbs of extra weight. i have a very low metabolism and its very hard for me to lose weight. so ive recently started excersizing with 2 friends (who are already very in shape). they are trying to do a type of interval trainging for me to see quicker results. but i need to change my diet as well. i dont make alot of money and i stay busy, so its been difficult to eat healthy. im open to any opinions/advice/pointers/diet plans. thanks guys!! hope yall are all doing well and staying strong((:

Hi everyone! My name is Adrianna and I am 23 years old. I just joined this group in hopes of finding more fitness buddies for support in reaching my goals. We can help motivate one another :-). My main goals are to lose 30 pounds, but more importantly to feel as good physically as I do mentally. I want to get back on track and stay there!
