    It looks like if you had someone to do it with you it could be quite fun. Alas, I do not and unfortunately I do not have a medicine ball neither.
    Thank you for sharing i saved it in hopes of trying it out sometime.

    If you are interested in building up your home gym they are quite affordable. I think I paid 8-10 bucks for mine. I did the one by yourself not the one you need a partner.
