    These really help build some confidence for me! Not saying they do not look hard but I am sure I will be able to kick its *kitten*! although I have not even dreamed of climbing a rope in I dont know how long

    Oddly watching these is calming my fears. Except for the whole rope climbing part.

    And the teamwork in these videos is great.

    I spent over an hour watching spartan videos the other night and by the end, I was kneeling on the floor in front of my laptop on the coffeetable, hanging on every pixel, eyes misty and bugged out at the same time, holding my breath, paralyzed with fear and lust and pure burning desire.

    This all started with a video that Brett sent me in like August? September maybe?

    Now its become a little internet addiction. tired at work cause I was curled up in bed watching spartan videos and BSG and planning my trip to the Grand Canyon.

    I can't imagine the actual race yet - that's just too intense for my imagination right now - my brain would go off the charts thinking about it - so all I can focus on and allow my imagination to interact with is the training which turns me on every time I think about it, and after the race when Im dirty and full of adrenaline and endorphins and just happy as hell.
