myfitnesspal worked for me once, so im back to try it again! I am looking for some encouraging friends in my area to help me on my journey. I am going to be taking my Firefighter I course soon and really need to prepare myself physically and mentally. I am also a student hot air balloon pilot and need to keep in shape in the off season.
