I just started this plan on Monday. I look forward to learning a bit more about the meal plan through this group. I am still not 100% clear on what I should be eating.

    Welcome to the group!!! Ask lots of questions if you need help figuring out the book. It is sort of vague in parts, and needs a good format/edit if they ever publish a second edition... (in my humble opinion).

    I have not officially weighed in this yet. However, since starting on monday, I am down 2.4 pounds. WOOOTTT!
