Hi all, just started two days ago, struggling to do the 1200 calorie thing. Could use some support from some friendly queers. Feel free to to add me, I promise to cheer you on too!

    I'm at 1350 but always up for friends :)
  • I'm doing 1200 too. It's a whole lot easier if you do a 300-400 burn workout a day. You get to eat a bit more, and still get under your net 1200 WITHOUT being hungry. You can do it!

    Yep, I'm at 1240 but once I do my walk to and from work, and something else like yoga, I have plenty of calories to work with.

    I'm doing 1200 and not much cardio and I don't count my 4x weekly weight lifting. So, I struggle! Tips would be to keep your protein and fiber way up and your carbs down as much as possible. I'm here for ya!
