Quick report. I have been sick for about the last 5 days, so I finally went to the gym yesterday. I only gained one pound which is pretty good. I am pretty close to my goal weight, so I'm trying not to obsess. Just trying to take it one weigh in at a time.0

I finally got a scale for my bathroom and then finally remembered to actually use it before hopping into the shower! (I have hair that's past the middle of my back, so when it's wet, it's probably about 3 pounds heavier.)
This morning: 243.8.
I can't remember how that compares to my last weigh-in. But since it's the first one where I'm weighing in my birthday suit, I'm going to start as if it's new.0 -
