I am cold. All the time.
The weather is just this past week or so getting colder (for Southern California. I know, I have no idea what real cold is, yeah yeah).
For the first time in a long time, I'm cold.
Last night, I had to add two blankets to my side of the bed. DH thought I was nuts, then I put my bare hands on his back! Icicles, I tell you, icicles.
I think my insulation is gone!
And it's really weird having a hot flash when I basically feel chilly.
I guess I'll get to wear some of my sweaters this winter (and I better wear them quick- all my clothes are getting to be too big!).

Same thing over here! I get made fun of (all in good fun) for having an electric blanket at my desk at work. My office is 72 degrees.

I am having the same problem! I actually have to wear LAYERS when it's cold now, and I used to not even need a jacket! It is so different from my norm that I asked my doctor about it during my physical. All my blood work looked great, and he said it was simply that I have a lot less 'insulation' than I used to, and my body has not adjusted to it yet!0
