Anyone else feel extremely cold when they cleanse? I am always FREEZING when I cleanse and I basically just figured it was because my body already burnt up the calories to keep me warm. Anyone else experience this?

    I have read in other places that it is because of the toxins we are releasing and all the water that we are drinking as well i just make sure to dress extra warm on those days and drink a warm cup od tea if i really need it

    It's also because you are pushing so much blood through the liver to filter it that it kind of pools there (from what I've been told by Larry Fuchs, first member of the 200 lb club). I'm grateful for the cold in our Phoenix summers, but winter time cleansing is freezing!
