I know that this has been a tough week for many of us! Even if your numbers are not what you were hoping for, PLEASE know that you are on the right path by NOT GIVING UP!!! The fact that you are committed to becoming healthier is MORE important than any number on the scale. Good Luck!

    Up .4 but not too bad during the holidays. Have the Jingle Bell run 5K on Saturday so I have an extra workout this week. Just hope it isn't too cold :-)

    Oh my chuck! I totally spaced! I am sorry finals week is coming and I have been swamped, but the good news is nothing has changed and I would rather have that then a gain right?

    Well group, I am embarrassed to say that I did give up. My knee has gotten worse to the point that I didn't even go to work last week and subsequently I spent the entire week lying on the couch, watching TV and eating junk.... :cry:

    I went to see an orthopedic surgeon who has booked me in for endoscopic surgery on January 23rd. So that is just over 7 weeks from now and if I keep going the way I have been going (gaining 3 pounds per week), I will be up another 21 pounds by the time my surgery comes along. Obviously I cannot let that happen so no matter how hard it gets I CANNOT QUIT!!!

    So if you will still have me, I am still here!!:flowerforyou:

    I totally feel your pain!!! Literally...with the knee pain. I am sorry that you are going through this. I know it is sooo tough to get on track when you cannot workout. But let's try our hardest to focus on eating healthy and getting back on track!!! WE can do this!!!!
