On Monday post Thanksgiving, I was up another pound. Since then I have lost that one and another one to boot. Unfortunately due to the previous weeks gain, i still have over 10 to go.

    I have not lost one pound since the week before thanksgiving! I gained about a pound or so but im back at the same weight I was before. AHH. It crunch time. Atleast I havent gained any weight! :)

    Weighed in this morning at 161, I was up a pound last time I weighed in, so it feels good to have lost 2.5 pounds. Four pounds to go by Dec 31st!
